Launch-list signups

If you join the launch list, we save your email address, your selected collection interest, the time you consented, and the signup date. We use these details to manage the launch list and send the launch updates you requested. Signing up does not place an order.

Saved designs

Saved designs and your shopping bag are stored in your browser on this device. They do not create an account or sync between devices. You can remove a saved design using its heart button or clear this website’s browser storage.

Orders and checkout

When ordering opens, Stripe processes payments on its secure checkout page. We save your selected products and sizes, order status, email address, and shipping details so Triple J’s LLC can make and ship your order and provide support. We do not receive or store payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Access and hosting

Launch-list records and order details are available only through the authorized owner area. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the site.

Your choices

You can request removal from the launch list or ask about your information by contacting hello@getcomfortshift.com. Please use the email address you signed up with.
